Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy for Relidex LLC ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we may access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you:

  • Download, install, and use our mobile application DialGate (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store, which helps users build focused work habits by temporarily shielding user-selected distracting apps on their device until the user completes a self-defined amount of productive activity, such as time spent in a CRM or dialer application or an outbound phone call.
  • Visit our website at https://www.dialgate.app or any other website of ours that links to this Privacy Policy.
  • Create an account, subscribe to a paid plan, contact customer support, or otherwise engage with us.

Questions or concerns? Reading this Privacy Policy will help you understand your privacy rights and choices. We are responsible for making decisions about how your information is processed. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the Services. If you have questions, please contact us at support@dialgate.app.

Summary of key points

This summary provides key points from our Privacy Policy. You can find more details on any topic using the table of contents below.

  • What personal information do we process? Principally account and authentication data, your in-app configuration choices (which apps you've chosen to shield and your unlock goals), productive-activity data (time spent in designated apps and detected phone-call activity), and basic device and diagnostic data.
  • Do we process any sensitive personal information? The specific third-party apps you select to be shielded are represented to DialGate only as anonymous, non-identifying tokens supplied by Apple's Family Controls framework, so DialGate cannot see or store the actual identity of the apps you choose. We do not knowingly process health, financial account, or other sensitive categories of personal information.
  • Do we collect information from third parties? We do not purchase or receive information about you from third-party data brokers.
  • How do we process your information? To operate the app-shielding and unlock mechanic, manage your account and subscription, maintain your streak and history data, provide customer support, and improve and secure the Services.
  • In what situations and with which parties do we share information? With the service providers who help us operate DialGate, currently Apple (authentication, in-app purchases, and the Screen Time and Family Controls system) and RevenueCat (subscription management), and in the future other providers such as analytics or cloud-hosting vendors. We do not sell your personal information.
  • How do we keep your information safe? Most of DialGate's app data is currently stored locally on your device rather than on a remote server. Where we or our service providers do process information off your device, we apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
  • What are your rights? Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.
  • How do you exercise your rights? The easiest way is to contact us at support@dialgate.app. We will respond in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Section 01

What information do we collect?

Personal information you disclose to us

In short: We collect personal information you provide when you create an account or contact us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register for or use the App, subscribe to a paid plan, contact us for support, or otherwise communicate with us. The personal information we collect may include:

  • Name and email address associated with your Sign in with Apple credential. Apple may allow you to share a private relay email address instead of your real address, and we receive whichever address Apple provides.
  • Support communications and any information you choose to include in them.
  • Subscription and billing status (for example, active plan and renewal date) as reported to us by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. All payment processing is handled directly by Apple through the App Store, and subscription management is handled by RevenueCat, Inc. You can review Apple's privacy practices at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ and RevenueCat's privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

App configuration and shielded-app selections

In short: The specific apps you choose to shield are represented to us only as anonymous tokens. We cannot see which real apps you selected.

DialGate's core feature relies on Apple's Family Controls, Screen Time, and Managed Settings frameworks. When you select apps to shield, iOS returns those selections to DialGate as opaque, non-identifying application tokens defined by Apple's system. By design, DialGate does not receive and cannot determine the actual name, publisher, or category of the apps you have chosen. We store these opaque tokens locally on your device only so the App can re-apply the correct shields. We also store the configuration choices you make within the App, such as:

  • The number of shielded-app selections and your chosen unlock schedule (for example, a daily reset time).
  • Your designated "productive" apps (such as a CRM or dialer app you select from your own device) and the minutes-per-day goal you set for unlocking.
  • Your streak history, unlock and lock events, and completion status, used to power the in-app history and streak-calendar features.

Productive-activity data (device activity and call detection)

In short: We measure time spent in your chosen productive apps and detect basic call activity, not call content or the people you call.

To determine whether you have met your daily unlock goal, DialGate may process:

  • Device activity data. Using Apple's DeviceActivity framework, the App measures elapsed time spent in the specific apps you have designated as productive (for example, your CRM or dialer). As with shielded-app selections, this activity is generally represented to the App through Apple's privacy-preserving frameworks rather than as raw browsing history of your device.
  • Call activity data. Using Apple's CallKit framework (CXCallObserver), the App can detect that a phone call is in progress or has connected and its approximate duration on your device. DialGate does not access phone numbers, contact names, call recordings, or the content of any call, only the fact and duration of call activity, which is used solely to credit progress toward your daily goal.

This information is used exclusively to power the lock and unlock mechanic and your in-app history. It is not used to profile you for advertising and, as described below, it is currently stored on your device rather than transmitted to us.

Local, on-device storage

In short: Most DialGate data currently lives only on your device, not on our servers.

DialGate does not currently operate a custom backend user database. App configuration, shielded-app tokens, streak and history data, and productive-activity data described above are, at present, stored locally on your device using standard iOS on-device storage. This information is not transmitted to or stored on servers operated by us unless a future version of the App introduces cloud sync, backup, or account-linked storage, in which case we will update this Privacy Policy before that data leaves your device.

Aggregated or de-identified usage information (for example, counts of lock and unlock events tagged with a general source category) may be used for internal product analytics, but is not tied to your name or contact information as stored by us.

Information automatically collected

In short: Some technical information is collected automatically when you use the App or visit our website.

We and our service providers (such as Apple, through App Store Connect and StoreKit) may automatically collect certain technical information when you use the App or visit our website, including:

  • Device data. Device model, operating system and version, app version, language and region settings, and unique or resettable device and advertising identifiers provided by iOS.
  • Diagnostic and crash data. Crash logs and performance diagnostics, which help us identify and fix bugs.
  • Log and usage data. General information about how the App is used at an aggregate level (for example, which screens are viewed and which features are used), which we use for internal analytics and reporting.
  • Website data. If you visit https://www.dialgate.app, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, referring pages, and similar technical information.

DialGate does not request or use your precise device location, and the App does not access your device's GPS.

Section 02

How do we process your information?

In short: We process information to operate DialGate's core lock and unlock feature, manage your account and subscription, support you, and improve and secure the Services.

We process your information for the following purposes, depending on how you interact with the App:

  • Account creation and authentication. To create and authenticate your account and keep it in working order, using Sign in with Apple.
  • To operate the core lock and unlock mechanic. To evaluate whether you have met your self-selected productive-activity goal and, based on that evaluation, to release the shield placed over the apps you have designated as distractions.
  • To maintain your streak and history data. To record your unlock and lock events and completion history so the App can display your streaks, calendar view, and progress over time.
  • To manage your subscription. To process your subscription purchase, renewal, and cancellation through Apple's In-App Purchase system and RevenueCat, and to determine which features your account is entitled to.
  • To respond to inquiries and offer support. To respond to your questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer support.
  • To send administrative information. To send you information about your account, changes to our terms or this Privacy Policy, and other administrative messages necessary for operating the Services.
  • To request feedback and, with consent, send marketing. To request feedback about the App and, where you have opted in, to send you product updates or promotional communications. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
  • To protect the Services. To monitor for fraud, abuse of our subscription systems, or activity that violates our terms, and to keep the Services secure.
  • To evaluate and improve the Services. To identify usage trends at an aggregate level and to evaluate and improve the App's features, reliability, and user experience.
  • To comply with legal obligations. To comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Section 03

When and with whom do we share your personal information?

In short: We share limited information with the service providers that help us run DialGate. We do not sell your personal information.

We may need to share your information in the following situations:

  • Apple. DialGate is built on Apple's platform frameworks, including Sign in with Apple (authentication), StoreKit and In-App Purchase (subscriptions), and the Family Controls, Screen Time, DeviceActivity, and CallKit frameworks (the shielding and productive-activity features described in Section 1). Your use of these features is also subject to Apple's own privacy practices, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
  • RevenueCat. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to manage subscription entitlements and billing status. RevenueCat receives information necessary to validate and manage your subscription (such as your anonymized RevenueCat user ID and purchase or receipt data from Apple). RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
  • Other service providers (as we grow). As DialGate grows, we may engage additional third-party service providers, for example cloud hosting, crash reporting, customer support, or analytics providers, to help us operate, secure, or improve the Services. Any such providers will be authorized to use your information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf, and we will update this Privacy Policy to reflect any material change in how information is processed.
  • Business transfers. We may share or transfer information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business by another company.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information where legally required to do so, to comply with applicable law, respond to a valid governmental or legal request, or protect the rights, property, or safety of DialGate, our users, or others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

Section 04

Do we use tracking technologies?

In short: The App itself does not use browser cookies. Our website may use limited cookies, and app stores and analytics providers may use device identifiers.

As a native iOS application, DialGate does not use web browser cookies. Apple, RevenueCat, and any analytics or diagnostics providers we engage may use device-level identifiers or SDKs (such as an app-instance identifier or advertising identifier, where permitted by your iOS settings) to provide their services, detect crashes, and help us understand aggregate feature usage. You can manage certain tracking permissions, including App Tracking Transparency, in your device's Settings app.

If you visit our website at https://www.dialgate.app, standard web cookies or similar technologies may be used for basic site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Section 05

How long do we keep your information?

In short: We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy, and most app data lives on your device until you delete it.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax or accounting requirements).

  • Locally-stored data (your app configuration, shielded-app tokens, streak and history data, and productive-activity data) remains on your device for as long as you keep the App installed, and is deleted when you delete the App or reset the App's data, whichever happens first.
  • Account and authentication data associated with your Sign in with Apple credential is retained for as long as your account remains active, plus a limited period thereafter to address fraud, disputes, or legal obligations.
  • Subscription and billing records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat in accordance with their own retention practices, and by us for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal-compliance purposes.

You may request deletion of your account and any associated information we hold at any time by contacting us at support@dialgate.app.

Section 06

How do we keep your information safe?

In short: We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.

We have implemented reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the information we process, including relying on Apple's platform-level security and privacy-preserving frameworks (such as the anonymized app-token design described in Section 1) wherever possible. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot promise that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures. Transmission of information to and from the Services is at your own risk.

Because much of DialGate's operational data is stored locally on your device, the security of that data also depends on your own device security, such as your passcode and iOS software updates. We encourage you to keep your device's operating system current and to use a passcode or biometric lock.

Section 07

Do we collect information from minors?

In short: DialGate is intended for adult professional use and is not directed to children under 18.

DialGate is designed for working professionals, such as real estate agents and sales professionals, and is not directed to, marketed to, or knowingly used to collect information from children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take reasonable steps to promptly delete such information and deactivate the associated account. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us at support@dialgate.app.

Section 08

What are your privacy rights?

In short: Depending on where you live, you may be able to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your information.

Withdrawing your consent

Where we rely on your consent to process information (for example, for marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 12. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before your withdrawal.

Opting out of marketing

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the relevant email or by contacting us directly. We may still send you non-marketing, service-related messages necessary to administer your account.

Account information and deletion

You can review or update certain account information from within the App's settings. To request deletion of your account, or of the locally-stored app data associated with your use of DialGate, contact us at support@dialgate.app, or simply delete the App from your device to remove locally-stored data. We may retain limited information where necessary to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or comply with legal obligations.

Section 09

Controls for do-not-track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting. Because no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or similar mechanisms. If a legal or industry standard for DNT is adopted in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

Section 10

Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?

In short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, or various other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, you may have additional rights described below.

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have rights under applicable state privacy law to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.

California "Shine the Light" law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California resident users to request, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. To make such a request, contact us using the details in Section 12.

Section 11

Do we make updates to this policy?

In short: Yes, we will update this Privacy Policy as necessary to remain compliant with applicable law and to reflect changes to the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you by prominently posting a notice within the App, on our website, or by other reasonable means. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

Section 13

How can you review, update, or delete your data?

Based on applicable law in your country or U.S. state of residence, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask how we've processed it, correct inaccuracies, or request deletion. You may also withdraw consent to certain processing. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law. To make such a request, contact us at support@dialgate.app.

Because most DialGate app data (shielded-app selections, streaks, and productive-activity history) is stored locally on your device, you can review or delete that information directly by using the App's in-app settings, or by deleting the App from your device, which will remove its locally-stored data.

For requests concerning your account or subscription records held by us, Apple, or RevenueCat, please include "Data Request, DialGate" in your message subject line when contacting support@dialgate.app. We will process such requests promptly in accordance with applicable law.
